After three days of pounding the pavement around Chiang Mai, it was time to relax and rest before the grueling odyssey back home. There are too many time changes, a rewind day and three long layovers to figure out how long this is going to take. We'll know soon enough.
A 2 hour Thai massage should help us get through it though.
We are desperate for cold beverages when we get home. Everything warms up very quickly, even if it starts cold, which really means sort of cool. Very little ice to be found here, and we're warned against consuming it anyway.
Vegetarian fried noodles and vegetables in gravy.
Khao Soi soup. Heaven. We're amazed that we haven't tired of Thai food this whole trip. Can't get enough of the freshness and unique flavors.
Only our second pool day of the trip, but we are feeling the need to be sweat free before boarding the plane. Not a bad place to kill time either. Four airports between us and home. Game on.
